To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Planegg near Munich, we are looking for a qualified HR Administrator (m/f/x) with a sound background in travel expenses to work part-time for 20 hours.

Your responsibilities:

  • Checking submitted travel expense reports in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and internal company regulations using our HR system
  • Competent, service-oriented advice and support for our employees on the travel expenses process
  • Processing the wages of our temporary staff
  • Carrying out the certification process and correspondence with authorities, health insurance funds and other external bodies
  • Interface and contact person for financial accounting
  • Administration and maintenance of personnel master data in our systems
  • Participation in the optimization of personnel processes
  • General administrative activities

     

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training and several years of experience in payroll accounting and travel expense accounting
  • Confident handling of digital HR tools (ideally HR Works) and payroll accounting systems, ideally DATEV LODAS and the usual MS Office applications
  • Self-employed, careful and team-oriented way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German (C1)
