The Müller-BBM Group has been a member of the European Metropolitan Region of Munich (EMM) e.V. since June 2026.
With this step, we are committing ourselves to the Munich metropolitan region and actively taking responsibility for its sustainable and balanced development.
The European Metropolitan Region of Munich is a strong network for everyone who wants to actively shape the region. More than 260 members from politics, business, and academia work together here on issues relevant to the future.
EMM connects key players from the region to develop sustainable, innovative solutions. To this end, five working groups are currently working on concrete projects in the areas of mobility, the economy, knowledge, the environment, and the International Building Exhibition (IBA). The focus is on topics such as the mobility transition, innovation, and the balance between urban and rural areas.
The association was founded in 1995 and today brings together 170 companies, 6 chambers of commerce, 27 scientific organizations, 22 counties, and 6 independent cities in a strong network for strategy development and regional cooperation.
For Müller-BBM, this membership opens up new opportunities: We can actively contribute to topics such as (environmental) innovation, sustainable mobility, urban development, and building culture. We gain greater visibility for our interests in the region. We benefit from the polycentric innovative strength of the metropolitan region and the exchange of ideas within a strong network.
