To support our Human Resources department, we are looking for a Human Resources Administrator - Travel Expenses - for our headquarters in Planegg near Munich.

Your responsibilities:
- Review of submitted travel expense reports in accordance with applicable legal provisions and internal company regulations using our HR system
- Providing competent, service-oriented advice and support to our employees regarding the travel expense process
- Acting as an interface and point of contact for financial accounting
- Managing and maintaining personnel master data in our systems
- Assisting in the optimization of HR processes
General administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed commercial education
- Ideally, knowledge of travel expense accounting and experience with digital HR tools
- Knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Independent, careful, and team-oriented approach to work
Fluent German, written and spoken – mandatory
