To support our Human Resources department, we are looking for a Human Resources Administrator - Travel Expenses - for our headquarters in Planegg near Munich.

HR Administrator, Travel Expenses (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities:

  • Review of submitted travel expense reports in accordance with applicable legal provisions and internal company regulations using our HR system
  • Providing competent, service-oriented advice and support to our employees regarding the travel expense process
  • Acting as an interface and point of contact for financial accounting
  • Managing and maintaining personnel master data in our systems
  • Assisting in the optimization of HR processes
  • General administrative tasks

     

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial education
  • Ideally, knowledge of travel expense accounting and experience with digital HR tools
  • Knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Independent, careful, and team-oriented approach to work
  • Fluent German, written and spoken – mandatory
