Your responsibilities:

• HR management for several subsidiaries
• Competent, service-oriented advice and support for our employees and senior leadership in HR topics
• Administration and maintenance of personnel master data in our systems
• Application management and onboarding of new employees
• Management of personnel files
• Drafting and formulation of employment contracts, references, and other HR documents
• Organization and planning of personnel development measures (e.g., talent management, leadership development, succession planning programs)
• Preparation of evaluations and statistics

• Support in optimizing HR processes and active participation in HR projects

   

Your profile:

• Completed degree or comparable qualification with a focus on Human Resources
• Proven expertise in HR management
• Excellent knowledge of labor law fundamentals and data protection rights
• Empathy and strong communication skills combined with high emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills
• Team Player, with strong customer focus, results & quality orientation
• Reliable, proactive, with a sense of autonomy and strong organizational skills

• Fluent German, written and spoken – mandatory
