Your responsibilities:

• Independent processing of accounts payable for several operating companies within our group
• Recording, checking, assigning, and posting incoming invoices in accordance with tax and internal company requirements
• Processing payments, including creating payment runs and coordinating with cash management
• Account reconciliation and maintenance, as well as clarification of open items in close cooperation with internal departments and external suppliers
• Assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
• Supporting the further development and optimization of accounting processes and digital workflows
• Preparing evaluations and reports for internal accounting and controlling
• Communicating with auditors and tax advisors in the context of audits and financial statements

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in accounts payable, ideally in a corporate environment or with multiple companies
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Desirable: Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics BC (Business Central) and/or AX
• Independent, structured, and meticulous way of working
